Bio

Modern academia and ancient wisdom disclose time and time again that it is through relationships that we find the source of our strength and refuge for our vulnerability. This has become the basis of my therapeutic work, working through our nature as social and emotional creatures to cooperatively explore paths of healing and resilience.

I work with several different demographics including (but not limited to) families, adolescents/young adults, trauma, grief, group therapy, anxiety, depression, and self-harm. I primarily work with Emotion Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems therapy.

In my free time I enjoy pursuits such as martial arts and archery.
