Message from Therapist

As a counsellor, my role is to help support you through the challenges you are facing. Together we can effectively create approaches, strategies, and opportunities for making positive changes. It is a collaborative process that leads to improved moods, better emotional regulation, improved relationships, and stronger resilience. I work with individuals through a variety of life challenges, most specifically focused in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and addiction. I have a passion for understanding the unique factors of how mental health relates to men, and working through those specific challenges. In our sessions you will learn skills to feel grounded, and gain an awareness of what may be going on beneath the surface. We will work together on ways in which you can effectively grow and find solutions to your own unique challenges. These solutions are not limited to self-improvement, but also the view we have of ourselves and others around us.
