Are you unhappy with your current circumstances?  Overwhelmed with life’s stressors?  Do you feel lost and unsure about how to move forward?  Life is full of challenges, but they also provide opportunities for growth.  

Grounded in her Catholic faith, Adeline believes all humans are created in the loving image of God, and therefore, have the potential to live fruitful lives despite life’s inevitable plan and suffering. 

Counselling offers a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss distressing situations, get in touch with your inner-self, rediscover your strength and values, and gain a new perspective on life. 

Adeline provides a gentle, safe and non-judgment environment to support you in restoring your inner strength while fostering your personal, emotional and spiritual growth.  She aims to assist you on your journey to finding new ways to flourish and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.


Bio

With many years of experience working with clients from all walks of life, Adeline is a veteran of social work and counselling.  Adeline’s work experience includes non-profit and immigrant social services, Ministry of Child and Family Development, Child and Youth Mental Health, and Health Authority.  Adeline has worked with people who have gone through life-changing traumatic events and have supported them to work through their grief, rediscover their inner strengths, and find ways to flourish and live a meaningful and harmonious life.


Credentials, Training and Qualifications

Adeline began her educational journey at UBC, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (BA Psychology).  She then obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from McGill University, and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) at Dalhouise University.  She recently made the decision to return to schooling and is currently enrolled in the Pastoral Studies Certificate Program at St. Mark’s College, UBC.
